NEEDED
FOR
AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY CAMP
FOR KIDS WITH CANCER
AND THEIR SIBLINGS
The American Cancer Society, the nations leading voluntary health organization, is seeking volunteers for Camp Adventure, a one-week overnight camp for children with cancer and their siblings, ages 6-18. Full and part time volunteers, who are 18 or older, are needed to serve in all areas, including: medical professionals, kitchen staff, sports, swim, music, nature, arts & crafts and entertainment instruction. Experience working with children and participation in training are required. Camp Adventure will take place the week of August 24 – 30, 2002 at Camp Quinipet campgrounds on Shelter Island.
