The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has established a toll free number to assist anyone who has suffered a loss from Tuesday's events.  The FEMA office opened at 8 a.m. on 9/12 and can be reached at 1-800-462-9029.

The U.S. Justice Department's Family Assistance Center Victims Hotline is open to take calls from friends and family of victims.  Call 1-800-331-0075 and leave information for future contact.

The FBI has established a toll-free telephone number for anyone with information regarding the incidents on September 11 in New York City and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Please call 1-866-483-5137 with any information. The FBI has also established a website for information at www.ifccfbi.gov .
