[Editor’s Note:  This transcript appeared on the FixSmithtown.com website, but seems to have been taken off since the ethics complaint was withdrawn.  We listened to the recording to verify that this is essentially what is heard on the tape.  We transcript does match the recording, but the recording (and the written word for that matter) does not match Mr. Lamb's claim of an intimidating “tone” or “content.” ]
